Columns can only be drawn in plan view. The user must select the shape of the column to start the drawing action. When a column is drawn the user can spesify, in the properties tab, the offset distance in meters of the column from the roof level. It is assumed that the column has the height of the building block minus the offset distance specified be the user.

 

 

To complete the action the user must draw according to the selected shape. In case of a linear share a line that indicates the width of the column must be drawn.

 

Note:

For an external column the user must draw on an external wall structure.

For an internal column the user must draw inside the building block.
